Prisma delivers advanced digital communication solutions to more than 300 customers across multiple sectors. Their SaaS platform CooCoo simplifies the daily management of communication, customer engagement, and customer experience.
Since transforming its operations in 2018, Prisma has expanded through a combination of economic growth and strategic acquisition. In 2023, it acquired the creative agency and PublishOne partner Buro Zero.
The synergy of Prisma’s communication platform and Buro Zero’s full-service digital agency creates an attractive proposition for all kinds of content publishers. And when working with organizations that publish large volumes of content, Prisma follows the same principles as PublishOne: create once and publish everywhere (COPE).
Integration with PublishOne gives users a highly efficient way of creating and editing content in Microsoft Word before seamlessly publishing it to multiple channels with just a few clicks. With this added capability, Prisma can support a full range of content publishing channels both now and in the future including newsletters, narrowcasting (to digital signage), websites, intranets, and social media.
Managing Director, Job van Oossanen, sees a huge opportunity for future growth on the PublishOne side, where customers of PublishOne are able to scale up their publishing efforts with Prisma’s out-of-the-box communication platform.
