PublishWork is a professional outsourcing partner serving publishers in the Netherlands.

Founded in 2019, PublishWork is both a modern publishing house and an editing agency for print and digital books, and interactive teaching materials. Its team of experienced and skilled staff specializes in processing and editing Dutch-language content, making it fully optimized for publication and production. PublishWork is dual-located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Suriname, South America.

PublishWork’s partnership with PublishOne began in 2024 as an extension of an existing relationship with Addata in the Netherlands. Starting with a series of smaller editing and formatting projects, the partnership quickly grew. Projects range from postgraduate theses to children’s books.

Workflows happen inside the user-friendly PublishOne platform, which PublishWork’s editors find easy to use with minimal training. Copy is received from the client in Word or PDF format, and it’s then onboarded into PublishWork where it’s professionally formatted and copy edited. Publish-ready content is then delivered to the client. There may be some final edits – from the author or the publishing house – before the final product is approved.
